What is roaming in your neighborhood at night?

Andrew went for a stroll in the neighborhood this evening. While he was walking, a police car with it's lights flashing but no siren sounding was driving through the neighborhood. As Andrew headed toward home, the police car pulled up beside him.

Andrew, "Can I help you?"

Policeman, "Have you seen any cows out here?"

Andrew, "No, I've been out here for a half hour and I haven't seen anything."

Policeman, "We got three 911 calls about 15 cows walking through this neighborhood and I haven't seen anything, but I just saw some walkers and they said they'd seen them down here. I thought I was going crazy."

Andrew, "No, I haven't seen anything."
And the policeman pulled away with his light still flashing.

Where are those mysterious cows and what are they looking for?

LOL! Our kids would love it if we had cows roaming around our neighborhood. Unfortunately the only thing we have found these past few days is a snake. ;-) They loved that too....but I didn't.

Hey Beth - I ran Tuesday morning and I saw "evidence" of some type of large animal - I thought it was from a horse but must have been the cows. The boys would have gotten a kick out of them walking up the street!

Yeah, Sharon,
I wish we'd seen them. Pretty funny. We had one loose cow a few years ago that came walking down the road and then ambled on down to the cul de sac and back into the woods. I guess he eventually found his way back to the pasture. Hopefully the 15 did, too!
